2008 HGTV Dream Home Will Be a Green Home!

hgtv-dream-green-home-lakeview_i.jpgFor several years now, I have entered to win the HGTV dream home, without much luck.  But next year will be my year…I was meant to wait until the dream green home was to be built, I’m sure of it!  The South Carolina low country home will incorporate green building practices and materials, paying close attention to indoor air quality, energy efficiency, water conservation, and eco-friendly construction.

    Just so there is no confussion, HGTV is giving away 2 homes this year. The 2008 HGTV Dream Home is being built in Islamorada, Florida and the 2008 Green Home is being built a few miles inland from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. HGTV will be confirming a viewers guess for the city it’s located in.
