A recent bid for offshore wind turbines in Texas was awarded to Wind Energy Systems Technology, a company currently developing a wind farm off of Galveston. Texas Land Commissioner stated, “The Texas Wind Rush is on, and the pioneers are staking their claims.” How refreshing to see a sustainable technology gaining momentum.
