Haworth Inc., a designer and manufacturer of versatile work spaces, carved out the 30,000 square foot space in a 1923 building utilizing green practices and even earned LEED-Gold status by the U.S. Green Building Council. According to The New York Times, “the new showroom is intended to show how Haworth’s work spaces eliminate the costly and continuous tear-down and rebuilding cycles that companies go through as they grow or downsize.”
