Reclaimed Construction Materials Market

In an effort to divert construction materials and equipment from ending up in landfills, a new user-friendly website called PlanetReuse.com has just launched. Essentially, it’s a marketplace where buyers and sellers of reused, reclaimed, and excess building materials can easily find one another and ship items online, if necessary.
Sellers can create free listings with photos. Buyers can efficiently search the global database and quickly find needed items.
The U.S. Green Building incorporates landfill diversion into its standards, and PlanetReuse.com simplifies the process to obtain LEED-MR points by providing a report with each sale that can be used in LEED submittals.
PlanetReuse.com donates 10% off all net profits to not-for-profit groups, World Resource Institute (WRI) and HALO.
