New York to offer grants to build green

GroovyGreen has a post about New York’s Governor and State Legislature coming to an agreement on legislation offering incentives to home owners and builders to build green. Grants will be provided to those who include energy efficiency and green building techniques in new construction and remodeling/retrofitting existing homes.
