Curious about green building? Whether you are planning to renovate your home or build new, those in the Troy, New York area have the opportunity to attend the third annual Green Materials Expo–and it’s free and open to the public!

Learn about environmentally-friendly solutions for your home during informative seminars. From natural flooring and non-toxic interior finishes to energy efficiency measures and renewable power sources, the Expo has it covered. Interact with local vendors who will display, discuss and demonstrate their green building goods and services.

The Green Building Expo is sponsored by the Eastern New York State Chapter of the American Institute of Architects – Committee on the Environment and will take place from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, September 27 in Troy at the Uncle Sam Atrium on 3rd Street.
