Hollywood, most famous for its celebrity sitings, will soon be home to its first solar-powered community. Situated alongside one of the oldest homes in town, the Orchard Gables Cottage (circa 1904), this new enclave of 34 Brownstones is sure to please its eco-minded residents.
The 1500 sq ft craftsman-inspired homes in The Gatsby Hollywood, will be within walking distance of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Homeowners will enjoy significant savings on utility bills, new Energy Star appliances, efficient tankless water heaters, high performance windows, and low-emitting building materials. Throughout the community, California native plantings will enhance the landscape. The builder will do its part for the environment by recycling construction waste as much as possible.
