EcoBuild Conference Set for Washington, DC

The EcoBuild and AEC-ST Fall (Science & Technology for Architecture, Engineering & Construction) Conference and Exhibition is an upcoming green-themed event geared toward trade professionals involved in the design, construction, and management of commercial and residential facilities.

Attendees will experience workshops, seminars, a job fair, networking, and exhibits of the latest in green building services, products, & technologies.

Fourteen focused educational tracks will provide information regarding: LEED and Green Globes rating systems, energy efficiency/renewable energy, BIM (building information modeling), project management/cost control, and sustainable design.

Industry professionals may even earn continuing-education credit by attending specific conference sessions.

The conference takes place December 8-11, and the exhibit is open from December 10-11 at the Washington Convention Center.

While at the conference, you can take advantage of co-located events, like a VIP tour of the ‘EnviroCenter’ in Jessup, MD. The EnviroCenter is housed in a renovated 1905 farmhouse and is considered the area’s most innovative green office center.
